We, Akuvox recognize the importance and necessity for the online resellers to sell our products to grow their business with us. The purpose of the Akuvox Online Reseller Program is to support Online Resellers who wish to sell Akuvox products on marketplaces and maintain the value of the Akuvox brand.
Akuvox Authorized Online Resellers will be provided the following benefits a. Authorized use of and access to Akuvox’s logo b. Technical training via webinars and audio/video conferencing programs c. Authorized use of Akuvox’s copyrighted material d. High definition pictures of Akuvox products for the online shop e. Recorded into Akuvox system, which enables customers to verify his or her authorization f. Fully updated marketing information and materials through Akuvox distributors including but not limited to new products, sales promotions and sales materials, etc. g. Opportunity to get technical support directly from Akuvox h. Priority to have product delivered from Akuvox Distributor Unauthorized Online Resellers will be not granted for any of the above benefits.
Online Resellers should: a. Have a working and professionally managed web site; b.Have the ability to keep the online shop current on a day to day basis; c.Have web pages dedicated to Akuvox products; d. Have a physical business address.
Akuvox Authorized Online Resellers agree to the following: a. MUST comply with Akuvox MSRP and MAP Policy. b.Maintain current and accurate Akuvox product information on the online shop. c. Must NOT sell, resell, or distribute any Akuvox products to any other region other than the region agreed and contracted between Akuvox and Akuvox Authorized Distributor. d. Acknowledge that the prices at which the Authorized Online Reseller purchased from Akuvox distributors are strictly confidential. e. Provide prompt and full post-sales service and technical support to the customers
a. The Authorized Online Reseller Program will be managed by Akuvox in cooperation with Akuvox Distributors; b. The applicant will a) Contact the Akuvox Distributor. If the applicant is currently purchasing Akuvox products though Akuvox distributor, their current distributor is their appropriate contact. Akuvox distributor will forward the applicants’ form to the Akuvox sales representative or send to sales@akuvox.com for approval; or b) Applicants that never purchase Akuvox products shall complete and submit the application form and send to sales@akuvox.com for approval; c. On receiving the application, Akuvox will reply within Five (5) business days. d. Applicant who passes the evaluation will be notified and provided with an Akuvox Authorization Letter.
Once Authorized Online Reseller infringe the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Akuvox will cancel the authorization and the reseller will be removed from Akuvox Authorized Online Reseller List. We, Akuvox reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the program. Both Distributors and Authorized Online Resellers will be notified of any changes to the program.
