Akuvox Vulnerability Handling
and Disclosure Policy

At Akuvox, we take the security of our products and solutions seriously. As part of our commitment to security, we have established this Vulnerability Handling and Disclosure Policy to provide guidelines for security researchers and others who discover vulnerabilities in our systems.

Akuvox supports responsible disclosure and handling processes and respect the research results of every security researcher. Before Akuvox releases formal security recommendations, Akuvox requests vulnerability reporters to keep the details confidential in order to protect users of our products and solutions.

The vulnerability handling process consists of the following five steps at Akuvox.

By working together, we can help ensure the security of our products and solutions. We appreciate your cooperation in reporting any vulnerabilities you discover and look forward to working with you to resolve them.

Akuvox adopts the CVSSv3.1 standard and gives a basic score (Base Score) and a temporary score (Temporal Score) for each security vulnerability.

Akuvox uses CVE (Common Vulnerability and Exposures) to refer to vulnerability information outside the Akuvox vulnerability disclosure website.
